By providing your mobile number during checkout, account creation, or customer service interactions with Moo Do Media LLC, you consent to receive transactional and service-related SMS messages via our communication platform (RingCentral).

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE:

- Account security alerts and verification codes
- Appointment or service reminders

MESSAGE FREQUENCY: Message frequency varies based on your activity and orders. You may receive multiple messages per order or service interaction as needed.

PURPOSE: These messages are sent to provide you with important information about your purchases, account, and customer service requests. They are not promotional in nature.

OPT-OUT: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS communications. However, opting out may impact our ability to provide timely service updates. You may also email cs@moodomedia.com to manage your communication preferences.

HELP: Reply HELP for assistance or email cs@moodomedia.com.

COST: Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. Moo Do Media does not charge for messages.

CONSENT: By providing your mobile number for orders or service, you consent to receive related communications. This consent is separate from any marketing communications.

CARRIERS: Compatible with all major US carriers including Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and others.

PRIVACY: Your mobile number will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your orders or provide customer service.

DATA RETENTION: We retain your mobile number as long as you have an active account or as required for business, legal, or service purposes.

MODIFICATIONS: These terms may be updated. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

SEPARATE FROM MARKETING: Promotional offers and marketing messages are sent separately under different terms. You can opt out of marketing messages without affecting service communications.
