Moo Do Media Returns Policy

We know returns happen, and we aim to keep the process simple.

If you would like to return or exchange your order, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Eligible returns can be processed for store credit, a replacement, or a refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • 30-day returns: money back, replacement, or store credit.

  • Condition: items must be unopened and factory sealed. Products not in original condition may be denied.

  • Return shipping: if the return is approved due to our error or a product defect, we cover return shipping. For all other reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Incorrect addresses: if an order is returned due to an address error entered at checkout, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.

  • Product defects: please contact cs@moodomedia.com

Return process

  1. Email cs@moodomedia.com with your Order Number and reason for return. Photos are helpful for defects.

  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide next steps. If approved for a defect or our error, we will send a prepaid label. Otherwise we will share the return address.

Refunds
After we receive your item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund, replacement, or store credit. Please allow up to 2 business days from receipt for processing.
