Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Moo Do Media, we aim to make returns as easy as possible. Here's what you need to know:
Return Window
All return requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Pre-Approval Required
All returns must be pre-approved by Moo Do Media before shipping. This ensures we're aware of your return and can support you through the process.

Wait for approval before shipping your item
Important: Items sent back without pre-approval will not be refunded.
What We Accept
Items must be:

Unopened and factory sealed in original, like-new, resellable condition
Return Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping if:
- The item arrived defective or damaged
- We made an error in your order or you received the wrong item
Buyer covers return shipping if:
- Change of mind
- You ordered the wrong item/made a mistake
- Item doesn't meet your expectations (but is not defective)
We'll provide instructions on how to purchase and submit your return shipping label.
Processing Your Return

Inspection: We inspect your item within 1-2 business days of receipt

Refund/Exchange: Refunds or replacements are processed immediately after inspection

Timeline: Refunds return to your original payment method within 1-2 business days
Defective, Damaged, or Our Error
If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if we sent you the wrong item (due to our error):

- Include photos of the defect, damage, or evidence showing the item doesn't match your order
- We'll approve a prepaid return label at no cost
- Refund or replacement processed as priority
Note: If you ordered the wrong item due to your own mistake (selected wrong size, color, product, etc.), return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
