Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Moo Do Media, we aim to make returns as easy as possible. Here's what you need to know:

Return Window

All return requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Pre-Approval Required

All returns must be pre-approved by Moo Do Media before shipping. This ensures we're aware of your return and can support you through the process.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us: customerservice@moodomedia.com
  2. Include: Order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)
  3. Wait for approval before shipping your item

Important: Items sent back without pre-approval will not be refunded.

What We Accept

Items must be:

  • Unopened and factory sealed in original, like-new, resellable condition

Return Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping if:

  • The item arrived defective or damaged
  • We made an error in your order or you received the wrong item

Buyer covers return shipping if:

  • Change of mind
  • You ordered the wrong item/made a mistake
  • Item doesn't meet your expectations (but is not defective)

We'll provide instructions on how to purchase and submit your return shipping label.

Processing Your Return

  1. Inspection: We inspect your item within 1-2 business days of receipt
  2. Refund/Exchange: Refunds or replacements are processed immediately after inspection
  3. Timeline: Refunds return to your original payment method within 1-2 business days

Defective, Damaged, or Our Error

If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if we sent you the wrong item (due to our error):

  • Contact us immediately: customerservice@moodomedia.com
  • Include photos of the defect, damage, or evidence showing the item doesn't match your order
  • We'll approve a prepaid return label at no cost
  • Refund or replacement processed as priority

Note: If you ordered the wrong item due to your own mistake (selected wrong size, color, product, etc.), return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
