Moo Do Media Returns Policy

We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.

If you’d like to return or exchange your order, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Eligible returns can be processed for store credit, a replacement, or a refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

• 30-Day Returns: Money back or replacement available.

• Return Shipping: Seller covers return shipping on approved returns.

• Condition: All returned items must be unopened and factory sealed. Products not in original condition may be denied.

• Incorrect Addresses: If an order is returned due to an address error entered at checkout, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Return Process

To return an item, email us at cs@moodomedia.com with your Order Number and return reason and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

You will be liable for any return shipping charges.

Refunds

After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 2 days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed.
