Moo Do Media Shipping Policy

At Moo Do Media, we take pride in ensuring your music media products are delivered to you promptly and securely. Below you will find important details regarding our shipping costs, order processing, and shipping methods.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs within the United States are determined based on multiple factors, including:

  • Weight of the package
  • Shipping method selected
  • Destination
  • Box size and dimensions, which are part of the shipping cost equation. Larger or bulkier items may incur higher shipping costs due to their size, even if the weight is relatively low.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout, reflecting these variables.

International Shipping is coming soon.

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders placed before 2 PM PST on business days are typically shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM PST will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
  • Orders placed by 1 PM on Saturdays will also be shipped the same day.
  • If the post office is closed due to a holiday, your order will be shipped on the next business day.
  • Order processing occurs from Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.


Shipping Methods:

We offer reliable shipping options within the United States, including:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: A cost-effective option for most items.
  • USPS Media Mail: A discounted shipping method for eligible media items like vinyl records, CDs, and DVDs, often with longer delivery times but reduced rates for media-specific packages.

Box Size and Packaging:

We handle every order with care at Moo Do Media, ensuring your new or used items are packaged securely for their journey. New products will arrive factory-sealed, while used items will be carefully packed to maintain their current condition, keeping them safe from damage during transit.

The size of the box used to package your order plays a key role in determining shipping costs. Larger boxes or multiple items in one shipment may affect the overall shipping price, even if the total weight is low.

Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Generally, delivery occurs within 2 to 10 business days.
  • USPS Media Mail may take longer, especially for rural or distant locations.

  • Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate, as changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.
  • Moo Do Media is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as carrier issues, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
