Quality: To tie in with the price, the delivery expectation was set properly if not overdelivered. The store owner really took care of the binyl on how he/she covered it? Put in properly to a vinyl specific box and even gave me a plastic that helps protect my vinyl's as I mentioned that I am new in collecting.
Customer Service: The person or store owner is patient to my questions and really generous in helping me find The one’s I am looking for. They even put a hand-written note along with my order and for me that’s a big plus on top of the welcoming and promptness as it shows that they have passion in the products that they sell and in music or any art, it’s always a plus!
